Wellness Education: Evidence-Based Tools for a Healthier Life

Building healthy habits can seem unattainable, especially when you are navigating a cycle of trends with little success. This process can become exhausting and difficult to maintain alone.

As a Wellness Educator, I provide the clarity and evidence-based tools you need to get off the diet roller-coaster. My workshops and sessions are designed to help you define your health goals, build sustainable habits, and integrate them into your actual lifestyle. I guide you toward a clear vision of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, creating lasting change through education and practical support.

My Approach

I bridge the gap between wellness science and everyday life. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Certified Professional Educator, I provide evidence-based education through:

  • Positive Psychology: Sharing evidence-based tools from the science of human flourishing to help people build resilience and focus on their strengths.
  • Integrative Nutrition: Providing a clear, foundational understanding of nutrition and lifestyle choices that support whole-body health.
  • Simplified Living: Making sense of what it actually takes to be healthy. I focus on the power of real foods, simple ingredient swaps, and navigating specific needs like gluten-free living without the overwhelm.

My Goal: To provide the resources and education needed to turn “health goals” into a sustainable reality.
