Hi, I'm gina
As a mother, a teacher, and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I know exactly what it’s like to balance the “mental load” of a busy life. I’ve learned that to truly inhabit that space between thought and reaction, we must support ourselves from the inside out.
This is why I teach mindfulness and functional nutrition. Through my meditation series and nutrition workshops, I help you build the physical and mental capacity to stay at “the window”—remaining the calm observer during a storm rather than being caught in it.
I offer these sessions both online and in person, in English and Spanish. Whether we meet over Zoom or in a local group setting, I am looking forward to helping you—and those you lead—move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling restored.
