Hi, I'm gina
I’m a mother, educator, and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I also hold certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I am currently completing my training as a Mindfulness Teacher (MIEA).
I teach practical mindfulness and health-based tools that help people manage stress, improve focus, and build emotional balance in everyday life.
My approach is simple, accessible, and designed for real life.
