Hi, I'm gina

I’m a mother, educator, and a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I also hold certifications as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and I am currently completing my training as a Mindfulness Teacher (MIEA). 

I teach practical mindfulness and health-based tools that help people manage stress, improve focus, and build emotional balance in everyday life.

My approach is simple, accessible, and designed for real life.

Whether you are leading a classroom, managing a busy household, or navigating college or early career life, daily responsibilities can often feel fast and overwhelming.

I believe that when we learn to manage our own stress and attention, it naturally influences the environments we are part of.

A calmer parent can bring more steadiness into the home.
A grounded teacher can create more ease in the classroom.
A focused student can move forward with more clarity and confidence.

When you find your own center, it doesn’t just support you—it brings more ease, steadiness, and presence into the people and environments around you.

When we learn to work with stress instead of against it, we create more space between what happens and how we respond.

Practical, experience-based sessions exploring how nutrition and lifestyle choices support energy, focus, and overall well-being. Topics may include brain health, food sensitivities, gluten-free living, and stress-supportive habits. Includes workshops and group speaking engagements.
