I am a mother, an educator, a creative thinker, and a lifelong learner with a passion for holistic health.
Before starting my family, I worked in the telecommunications industry. I enjoyed the fast-paced nature of the work and a life defined by deadlines, but my perspective shifted after my children were born. Like many of us, I found those early years of parenting to be a time of constant stress.
It wasn’t until then that I realized I had to do better as a person—to set an example and find the peace my children deserved. I had to learn a lot. What started as a search for natural remedies and parenting tools grew into a years-long deep dive into whole foods, positive psychology, and mindfulness.
Finding that ‘space’ between the thought and the reaction is a daily practice that I continue to refine alongside my students. While I have gained immense clarity and tools to navigate stress, I remain a dedicated student of the practice, fueled by the progress I see in myself and those I teach.
