Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching

Building healthy habits can seem unattainable and difficult to achieve especially if you have been trying diet after diet with little or no success. This can become exhausting and difficult to maintain.

As your personal health coach I can help you get off the diet roller-coaster and clarify your health and wellness goals, build healthy habits, and help you maintain them by making them part of your lifestyle. I will guide you to develop a clear vision of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and create lasting change. I will support you and cheer you on from start to finish. We will look at your current health, we will clarify what a healthy and meaningful life means to you, and we will work together to help you get there.

My Approach

I  draw on my training as a certified positive psychology coach and as an integrative nutrition health coach in combination with my personal experience. As a certified positive psychology coach I use researched-based tools and skills from positive psychology – the scientific study of human flourishing – deigned to help you navigate transitions by focusing on your strengths, set and achieve your goals, and create lasting and meaningful changes in your life. As an integrative nutrition health coach I use my training in health and wellness to guide and support you in making nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve your health and well-being. I use my personal experience of changing my family’s diet,  and seeing a positive results in our health and overall wellness.

Together we will look at all areas of your life and figure out what obstacles are getting in the way of you feeling your best.  We will design a fully customized plan that focuses on achieving the goals that are most important to you. We will look at your strengths, experiences, and resources you have available and address any challenges you may have to create a plan that is the best possible fit for you.
