I  draw on my training as a certified positive psychology coach and  base my work on the best research tools available to guide you through the change process. I use evidence-based tools to help you successfully navigate transitions, achieve your goals, and make real, practical,  positive changes in your life. Most of my clients make significant progress sooner than expected!  

Together we will look at all areas of your life and figure out what obstacles are getting in the way of you feeling your best.  If you decide to work with me, we will design a fully customized plan that focuses on achieving the goals that are most important to you. We will look at the strengths, experiences, and resources you have available and address any challenges you may have to create a plan that is the best possible fit for you.
