I draw on my training as a certified positive psychology coach and base my work on the best research tools available to guide you through the change process. I use evidence-based tools to help you successfully navigate transitions, achieve your goals, and make real, practical, positive changes in your homeschool. In addition, I use my training as a health coach to help and guide you through any issues you or your child might be experiencing – ex. trouble sleeping, lack of energy, lack of concentration, tantrums (child)- that could be affecting how you homeschool or how your child learns.
As a homeschool mom myself I have experienced all the ups and downs, what worked and what hasn’t, feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt, worry and an immense responsibility for my kids’ education and their health as a whole (physical, social, and emotional). As your coach I will offer you my undivided attention and will support you and be on your side in every step of the way towards your vision. I will come up with questions that will raise your awareness that will guide you to come up with your own solutions to any difficulties you are experiencing in your homeschool journey. Together we will look at all areas of your homeschooling and figure out what obstacles are getting in the way of it working the way you envision it. For homeschool families that have a business to take care of, I work with you to keep a healthy balance in all three areas (homeschool, life, and business). We will look at the strengths, experiences, and resources you have available and address any challenges you may have to create a plan that is the best possible fit for you and your family.
